Artist statement — proposed wording

My creative universe brings the page and the canvas into conversation. Cosmic settings become places to consider belonging; spiritual narratives become questions about guardianship, conscience and responsibility. I invite viewers to enter through wonder, then stay with the human questions inside the work.

Four proposed works

• MARS – Home of the Space Travelers: belonging, migration and imagined futures. Studio publication records acrylic on canvas, 2026, 60 × 48 inches; physical record and availability to reconfirm.
• Venus: a neighboring world as a point of contemplation. Physical record, imagery and availability await verification.
• The Tribulation: guardianship and divine purpose, connected to The Elect. Jefferson Champagne confirms this is the painting’s actual title. The earlier studio dossier records acrylic on canvas, 2026, 60 × 48 inches, a unique original; physical details, condition and availability to reconfirm.
• Agafya: the threshold between visible and unseen worlds. Exact artwork identity, physical details and availability await verification.

This is a curatorial proposal. Approved photographs, exact object identities, condition reports, artist approval and availability must be established before an exhibition is confirmed. These four proposed works are distinct from the five title listings in the public Art collection.

Exhibition experience

Pair the selected paintings with artist-approved wall labels, a reading from The Elect and a moderated artist conversation. Venues may propose a gallery exhibition, a literary arts event, or an educational discussion. Exhibition loan, acquisition and reproduction rights are negotiated separately.

Next conversation

Share the venue, dates, audience, proposed works, budget, transport, insurance and desired image uses. No exhibition date, fee or loan availability has been committed.
