Digital delivery

This store currently sells view-only online access to PDF books. Audiobooks are individually priced, delivered as MP3 downloads after confirmed payment. Digital orders do not include a physical item. Available formats and prices are displayed before payment; applicable taxes appear at checkout. Online reading unlocks after successful payment verification.

Canvas printing and delivery

Canvas reproductions are made to order and shipped by Prodigi. Available sizes, the canvas price, and Standard shipping to the United States are shown before payment. Printing begins after confirmed payment. Shipping speed refers to transit after production; delivery timing varies. Your private order page shows fulfillment and available tracking updates.

Check your artwork, size, and shipping address before paying. Contact info@artstronomical.net promptly to request a correction or cancellation; changes may be unavailable once production begins. For damage, a printing defect, or an incorrect item, contact us with your order number and photographs so we can review it with the printer. This does not limit rights required by applicable law.

We share the shipping name, address, email, and phone supplied at checkout with Prodigi to produce and deliver your order. ARTSTRONOMICAL remains your customer-care contact.

Personal use

Your purchase grants access for your own reading or listening. Copyright remains with the rights holder. Redistributing, reselling, or publicly posting files or private reading links is not permitted without written authorization.

Digital sales are final

No Refunds. Please review the title, format, price, and description before purchasing. This policy does not limit rights or remedies required by applicable law.

Purchase assistance

If you receive the wrong file, cannot open your purchase, or notice a duplicate charge, contact info@artstronomical.net with your order number. Include the title and a description of the issue. We provide assistance with delivery errors and duplicate charges. A refunded or disputed purchase may have its reading access suspended.

Email updates & campaign measurement

Email updates require a separate, unchecked consent box and confirmation of your email address. Confirmation links expire after 24 hours. New subscribers consenting to the welcome introduction may receive three messages over five days after it is activated. Queued introductions are cancelled when you unsubscribe. You can unsubscribe using the link in your subscription email. We store your address, consent record, subscription status, and a hashed verification token. A hashed network address temporarily helps limit signup abuse.

If you allow campaign measurement, we store campaign labels and page or action counts. We do not send email addresses, private order links, or payment details to this measurement system. Your preference is stored in your browser and campaign labels are kept for that browsing session.

Reader suggestions

Suggestions submitted from Begin Your Journey are stored privately for the owner to review. No email address is required. Please do not include personal information. Suggestions are not automatically posted publicly, and submission does not guarantee a response or future feature.

Privacy

The store retains cart identifiers, purchased editions, order status, the email supplied at checkout, and email delivery records to process and support purchases. A secure cookie links this browser to its cart. Stripe processes payment details; full card numbers are not stored by this website. Resend processes transactional purchase emails. Purchase emails are separate from marketing subscriptions.

Private order links grant access to your files. Keep them confidential. Reading requires an internet connection. No downloadable or printable file is included. To request assistance with your information, email info@artstronomical.net.

Community and collector inquiries

Event interest, reader feedback and collector requests are stored in the private owner inbox with your contact permission. Event interest does not confirm a place or subscribe you to marketing. Reader feedback is private unless you separately permit public quotation; your email is never included in a quotation. The selected permission and display credit are recorded with your message. Request withdrawal or deletion at info@artstronomical.net. Contact details are used to respond to the request, not to automatically enroll you in the newsletter.

Partnership inquiries

Information submitted through the Partner With Us form—including name, phone number, email, and partnership interests—is stored in the site administrator’s private inbox to review and respond to your inquiry. Contact us to request assistance with this information.

Reader guidance

Some books include dark fantasy, violence, captivity, or child endangerment themes. Refer to title descriptions before choosing an edition.
